Copy Certificate Ordering Process

We are currently experiencing issues with confirmation emails, particularly for customers with Gmail addresses. If you successfully reach the end of the certificate order, and payment is taken, you do not need to contact us. Feel free to take a screenshot of the confirmation page instead. Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE:  We are only able to provide copy certificates for events which occurred within the Wolverhampton Registration District so please check carefully before placing your certificate order.

Copy certificates are required for most official purposes and are considered bespoke orders and therefore fall outside the 14-day cooling-off period.

By ordering a priority certificate you are authorising us to start work on your certificate request immediately.

Please note that some local areas such as Essington, Perton, Coven, Brewood, Penkridge, Willenhall, Wombourne, and Codsall DO NOT fall under Wolverhampton Registration District.
